This privacy policy applies to the Tree Scan app (hereby referred to as "Application") developed by Siddharth Patel (hereby referred to as "Developer"). The app is provided "AS IS" and is free to use.
The Application uses images you provide (via camera or gallery) solely for plant identification. These images are sent securely to OpenAI’s API for processing. According to OpenAI's policy, they do not store or use your data for model training or any other purpose.
The Developer does not collect, store, or share any personal data. All identification results are generated on request and are not saved.
This Application uses only the OpenAI API for plant recognition. It does not use ads, analytics, or other third-party SDKs.
This Application is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Your images are transmitted securely and discarded after processing. No image data is retained or reused.
This privacy policy may be updated in the future. Continued use of the app implies agreement with the current policy.
