This privacy policy applies to the TaskTalk - Voice To Do app (hereby referred to as "Application") developed by Siddharth (hereby referred to as "Developer"). The app is provided "AS IS" and is free to use.

Audio Data Handling & OpenAI Integration

When you use voice input features:

• Voice recordings are sent securely to OpenAI's API for speech recognition and AI processing

• OpenAI processes the audio for speech-to-text conversion and task extraction

• Audio data is not permanently stored by OpenAI after processing (per OpenAI's API data usage policy)

• Only the converted text and extracted tasks are returned to your device

• No voice recordings are saved on your device after processing

OpenAI API Usage

This application uses OpenAI's API services for:

• Speech Recognition: Converting your voice to text

• AI Task Extraction: Intelligently identifying tasks from your speech

• Smart Prioritization: AI-powered organization of your to-do items

Your audio data is sent to OpenAI for processing but is not used to train OpenAI's models and is not retained permanently. Please refer to OpenAI's privacy policy for details on their data handling practices.

Task Data Storage

Your task lists and to-do items are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not synchronized with any cloud services or external servers.

Third-Party Services

This Application integrates with OpenAI's API for voice processing and AI features. We do not use ads, analytics, or other third-party tracking services. Your task data remains local while voice processing is handled securely by OpenAI.

Children

This Application is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them. The app is safe for users of all ages and contains no inappropriate content.

Security

Your task data is stored securely on your device. Voice data sent to OpenAI is transmitted using secure encryption and is processed according to OpenAI's security standards. We do not store your voice recordings on our servers.

• Voice recordings: Not retained by us - sent to OpenAI for processing then discarded

• Task data: Stored locally on your device until you delete the app or clear the data

• OpenAI may temporarily process audio data but does not permanently store it (per their API policy)
